Annual License Renewal

All registrants are required to renew their license and registration annually during the Renewal Period which runs between February 1 and March 31 of each year.

Annual Requirements

Renewal Fee
Submit required annual renewal fee.

Outstanding Fees
Registrants with outstanding fees will not have their renewal processed until late or outstanding fees must be paid prior to process.

Personal Profile Update
Confirm or update information in the Registrant Portal.

Professional Liability Insurance
Upload evidence that you hold professional liability insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000. The policy must be in the name of the registrant. Insurance held by third parties in the name of the registrant is not sufficient. 

Continuing Education
Upload approved documentation confirming all continuing education requirements have been met.

Declaration and Attestation
Carefully review and honestly answer all required Judicial Questions and declare the veracity of your answers. Renewal will not be processed without a complete and attested Judicial update.

Mini-Course
Attest to having reviewed the Renewal Mini-Course video available on the Renewal Tab of your registration portal.
