Annual License Renewal
All registrants are required to renew their license and registration annually during the Renewal Period which runs between February 1 and March 31 of each year.
Annual Requirements
Renewal Fee
Submit required annual renewal fee of $520.
Outstanding Fees
Registrants with outstanding fees will not have their renewal processed until all outstanding fees are paid in full.
Personal Profile Update
Confirm or update information in the Registrant Portal.
Professional Liability Insurance
Upload evidence of professional liability insurance covering all counselling therapy related services authorized within the registrant’s individual scope of practice, with a claim amount of not less than $2,000,000 and an aggregate amount not less than $5,000,000 with no deductible. The policy must be held personally in the name of the registrant; insurance held by third parties (including employers) on behalf of the registrant is not sufficient.
Judicial Attestation
Attest to the continued veracity of all answers to the judicial questions previously attested to or declare any and all changes. Renewal will not be processed without a complete and attested judicial update.
Mini-Course
Attest to having reviewed and understood the Renewal Mini-Course linked to the renewal form.
