Schedule of Fees

Initial Application Fee                              

(non-refundable)

Licensed Registrants

(Initial registration fees are prorated per day calculated between the day of registration and the next renewal deadline (i.e., April 1 of the following year)

Affiliate Members

(there are no application fees associated with affiliate memberships)

Late Renewal Fee

(Assessed on all renewal fees submitted after April 1)

Reactivation Fee

Within a twelve (12) month period following cancellation of a license due to non-payment of fees or non-submission of required documents, all registrants may be reactivated upon submission of outstanding documents, fees and payment of late fee.

Registered Counselling Therapist : $75

RCT registrations lapsed for more than one (1) year but less than three (3) years from the scheduled renewal date may be reactivated upon submission of outstanding documents, fees, late fee, and reactivation fee.

Registered Counselling Therapist-Candidate : $75

RCT-C registrations lapsed for more than one (1) year but less than two (2) years from the scheduled renewal date may be reactivated upon submission of outstanding documents, fees, late fee, and reactivation fee.

RCT-C registrations lapsed for more than two (2) years will be considered surrendered, reapplication will be required and the candidacy period will start anew.
